How do I de-crease wrinkles between my eyes?

Botox? special creams? I'm 30, if that helps. How do I de-crease wrinkles between my eyes?
Here is the scoop: I am 31 years old and I just got my first Botox today.

I am not inclined to recommend Botox to people who are not already expressing interest in the product, but the truth is that Botox is the most affordable product out there that has defined science backing it up. No one has managed to prove that any wrinkle cream on the market is anything more than expensive hype.

Strivectin is a product that I know will soften these line to some extent. However, the muscle contractions are ultimately what is causing these wrinkles. As a result, Botox is scientifically proven to target wrinkles at the source of the problem. Try comparing this to $80 snake oil and you'll see what I mean.

Additionally, in spite of popular belief, Botox is not best suited to the older population. In fact, Botox will not get rid of existing lines at all. It will soften the existing lines, but it will mostly keep existing lines from getting worse and/or prevent future lines from forming. It sounds like you are an excellent candidate for Botox and the younger you start, the cheaper it is!

My Botox experience was virtually painless - had I been napping, this procedure would not have been enough to wake me from my slumber. It took about 15 minutes total, from check-in to check-out. I needed 48 units at $12/unit here in Minneapolis, MN. Bear in mind that if you wait, you will probably need close to double the units in ten years and it will not get rid of your existing lines.

The moral of the story: When it comes to Botox, younger is better. If I were you I would consider looking into Botox as a viable option. I would certainly get Botox before I would invest any significant money into a cream with no science backing it up.How do I de-crease wrinkles between my eyes?
This is a miracle treatment/cure. It greatly diminishes them using a proven self massaging technique. Beauticians and others have fostered the idea that we should only gently massage but safe and careful vigorous massage has only benefited users. For vertical lines between brow place hands together (as if praying) with both index fingers placed on lines. Then do a fast massage on lines with fingers as you move palms up and down. For best results do for 15 to 30 min or more daily (can do in two or three sessions). They will almost immediately start to fade and in 7 to 10 days you will see definite fading and greater fading over time. For forehead horizontal lines do a horizontal forward and back quite fast rubbing on the lines repeatedly using front of fingers held together. Use any oil. I have had great results using olive oil. It feeds and nourishes skin with many beneficial nutrients and is a perfect, natural moisturizer. Skin is constantly shedding and renewing. If apply massage to entire face it will hasten the shedding and force a new, clearer, smoother skin to quickly appear. Skin will also tighten and have a healthy radiant glow. It is a great rejuvenator - it can literally make you look many years younger.

Eh, I recently had some moderate success with wrinkle free patches. They are relatively new still so I'm hoping they get better with time, but I'm pretty happy with the results. There's a free trial in my source if you're interested. Good luck!

p.s. wrinkles are OK, they are inevitable also, i say embrace them :)
There are too many products to name, but whatever you try also remember to always wear sunglasses so you don't squint.

Does make up cause wrinkles and acne?

I wear make up everyday and people always tell me that, thats why i have acne and that im going to get wrinkles when im older. I am really concern and feel bad because people always judge me for wearing make up. None of my friends wear make up so they dont understand. should i stop wearing it.Does make up cause wrinkles and acne?
ok, i think it depends on how old you are from when you start wearing makeup, how much you wear, how CHEAP it is, how regularly you use it and how u apply makeup. like did u kno when you pull your eye from the corner to apply eyemake up its bad for your eye lids and will make them look wrinkly!

i dont think you should stop wearing it, but cut dwn. i mean, if ur not going out, u don need nethin, mybe eyeliner mascara, lipgloss but nothing else..also if your skin in kinda clean (of spots, i mean,) dont bother with the foundation and all, jus concealer for the really visable parts and jus blusher/bronzer.

people should stop judging you for wearing makeup, or maybe theyre judging you for how much makeup u wear??? you dont need a movie star style makeup everyday.. try keep it natural!

hope it helped!Does make up cause wrinkles and acne?
make up doesn't cause wrinkles, the sun and gravity (aging) does. make-up can cause acne b/c some of them clog ur pores..make sure you get some that won't like cover girl and from places in the mall...places in the mall are more expensive...so u may just want to go with cover girl
Make-up doesn't cause wrinkles, but it can build up in wrinkles making them look more apparent.
Look more into it but try wearing less makeup just makes you look older.
There is no proof AT ALL that makeup causes wrinkles.

You could have acne from the makeup, though. Maybe you're not using a non-comedogenic brand of foundation (that means it's clogging your pores), or your using a sponge to apply it (the sponge starts to grow bacteria after awhile, and when you put it on your face...).

Remember to throw out old make-up before it starts to grow bacteria.

Good luck.
hi karina try to change make up go and buy cover girls .actress use that is really good and will not give you any acne.dont' stop to wear make up we are in the 2007 plus if you like way you want stop?i will never stop to wear make up bye bye now talk to you soon.kiss katrina
well yes and no about not wearing make up. if you think make up gives you acne then guess again because it doesn't, but it does give you wrinkles when you are older. if you think the make up makes you look prettier then wear little or just don't wear any at all. people are beautiful the way they are. (i bet you have heard that plenty of times. but believe it its true!)
i do no think so

smoke and staying in the sun causes wrinkles
some make up makes your face oily which results in getting acne. ..

just depends on how your face reacts to the make up.

i cant wear make up.well foundation. if i leave it on for more than 2 hours, then im not a pretty sight afterwards. my face will start to break out and then after i take it off. i have to scrub my face literally 10 times because my face will become oily. idkk.

but i heard that some make up will cause you to break out.

im not really sure about the wrinkles part. but maybe.

i know tanning will make you have wrinkles. and tanning with makeup on i think will cause wrinkles. but im not sure with just make up all the time.

hmm you might want to research that like RIGHT now just incase =/
Those people just probably don't kno what they're talking about. But, if u don't wash the makeup off, u WILL get acne, or at least bumps.

You can show her these tips.

Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the marks with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water. Check out http://useinfo-wrinkles.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
Retinol products are best, but if no products, maybe fish oils and lots of vegetables with vitamin a, like spinach and carrots.
try vitamin e. a lot of people i know have wrinkles from dry skin. She needs to keep her skin hydrated. If she wants plants or fruits try cucumber. It will really hydrate the skin.

Does proactive give you wrinkles as you get older?

I started using proactive when i was 16, and my friend told me then that her dermatologist told her that proactive gives you wrinkles. Now im 24 and still using proactiv, i went to get a facial and the lady that did my facial told me to stop using proactiv cause by the time im 30 i will start noticing some wrinkles. She said that using proactiv is like surand wrapping your face. Is this true?Does proactive give you wrinkles as you get older?
No. Wrinkles are the result of genetics and sun exposure. The only way it can contribute is if you do not wear a sun block because the ingredients will cause a slight continuous exfoliation of the skin. But this is minor. The real cultrip of wrinkles is the sun.

As for ';i went to get a facial and the lady that did my facial told me to stop using proactiv cause by the time im 30 i will start noticing some wrinkles'; I'm sure she had one that wouldn't cause wrinkles. But if you look at the ingredients, you will still find Salacylic Acid and BPO.

By the time you are 30 you will start seeing wrinkles whether or not you use Proactive. Sorry, that's just life. Course no one else may be able to see them....BUT YOU WILL. LOLDoes proactive give you wrinkles as you get older?
Wow.

I didn't know this.

Well I'm sure that if even your dermatologist (who specializes in skin care)

told you this..then it must be true.

Proactiv works great..so i think It would be a little hard to give it up.

Maybe just start using it less.

:)
No, I really doubt it.

Dermotologists actually created Proactive, therefore they know what they were doing.

If it did cause wrinkles im sure they wouldnt have put it on the market.

iron it.
Check the tag and see if it allows you to iron it. That's the best way to get rid of wrinkles. If you can't iron it, bring it to the dry cleaner, and they can press it for you.
steam from a hot iron, or lightly iron your shirt on a low low setting

  • Do you think its a compulsion to freak out about wrinkles in your sheets or in your clothes?

i wont sleep in my bed if it has wrinkles in it. ill freak out and sleep on the couch.Do you think its a compulsion to freak out about wrinkles in your sheets or in your clothes?
Yes, I would not call it compulsive though. I would call it Paranoia and Phobic. You may want to discuss this with family members and friends and try to overcome the Phobia. It can get out of control and cause major problems in your life.Do you think its a compulsion to freak out about wrinkles in your sheets or in your clothes?
    yep you are weird
Could be, but everybody has some weird thing; however, thats kinda extreme though... actually... yes. Yes it is.
Guessing it's obsessive-compulsive disorder. You should get it checked out by a pro.
Yes, a compulsion. Get over it, or try to. The wrikles will not hurt you. Perhaps there is something deeply seeded that you relate to the wrinkles that bothers you -maybe seek a professional for help.
as long as you are happy then it's not a compulsion. It's a preference. If you are not happy then it's a compulsion.
i think you just need to calm down or something really bad happened to you or had a bad experience with wrinkles as a kid
