How do i get rid of under eye wrinkles ??

Im 19 years old and i have a dry skin.And i'm suffering from under eye wrinkles n swelling under eye which makes me looks so old.Is it possible to prevent it or should it be done by a operation or something?I live in Sri Lanka,so i kindly ask what can i do to reduce swelling and wrinkles under my eyes ..How do i get rid of under eye wrinkles ??
obviously stay moisturized and use unblock. The swelling you can use the old cold sliced cucumbers placed over the eyes or put a couple of spoons in the freezer at night and use them on your eyes in the morning. I'm talking about puffiness though, not ';swelling';. If its actual swelling it may be allergies. You shouldn't need surgery at your age unless its an inherited trait. Have you always had puffy eyes?


As far as surgery.. they can fill your wrinkles... simply with a needle.. no surgery needed and you'll be out the door right after. If you've got excessive fat deposits under your eyes they can be surgically removed but I wouldn't recommend it at your age. Consult a dermatologist if you're concerned.
