Hang the rug over the fence and set your iron to full steam, when the iron is good and hot, hold it close, not too close though, to the rug and steam it, all of it - this may take some time, as this is a big piece of material, pay special attention to the wrinkles/creases with some extra steam. Brushing it while steaming couldn't hurt either. Lay it back down while its still warm, stretch it out to wrinkle free position and weight it down, until its cool/dry again. Remove the weights and you're done. Hope it helps.
