How to keep wrinkles away?

I am 28 and I am starting to worry about wrinkles.I cought the ending of something on tv about mushing up banana's and putting them on your face? Has any one ever done this does this really work? Or do you know something else that will work?How to keep wrinkles away?
It may seem unimportant to contemplate doing anything about your complexions before reaching your thirties. However it is in our twenties that the effects of aging begin to be visible in our complexion. As we mature, biochemical changes occur in elastin and collagen, the connective tissues that give skin it鈥檚 firmness and elasticity. Genetics also play a part in this, which is why these changes occur at different times in different people.

As skin becomes less elastic, it also becomes drier, and the fat padding begins to disappear. This causes the skin to sag and look less supple. Ultimately wrinkles will appear. Then one day, after glancing in the mirror you suddenly notice those crows feet creeping in around the corners of your immaculately decorated eyelids, or you notice that your lip potions have sadly waded into the spider like crevices above the lips. It is normally then, when decisions are made to go out and get a miracle cream or maybe a facial.

Aging can be slowed down, and you can do your part to promote a younger complexion even as you mature. All it takes is a little TLC, but start NOW! The sooner you start to nurture your skin the more chance you have of a age-less complexion. All it takes is a short monthly visit to a skin care specialist, or a few minutes a day, taking care of your skin at home.How to keep wrinkles away?
Don't worry about wrinkles. They give character. Besides, your only told to worry about them so to make money for skin cream companies. Does it really matter? Nope.
The best way to avoid wrinkles is to stay out of direct sunlight. Wear a hat and long sleeve shirt if you need to be outdoors.
Stay out of the sun!! If you do, wear a lot of sun screen. Murad helps for your face, like night cream. Or you can always get lazer surgery if u want to avoid that. Keep away from smoking and drinking too. A combination of a bunch of things can help
Drink plenty of water.your skin will remain clear all the time. Stay away from Sun, Smoking and Late night sleeps.
thats what i would have to say%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;
START SAVING $$ FOR INJECTIONS
I'm 58 and have no wrinkles yet. I'm careful to avoid the sun -- wearing sun glasses and sunscreen when outside. Additionally, I don't smoke!
I would use a facial mask or nature facial mask
i dont no
Stop worrying.
technically... a wrinkle is an injury caused by repetitive movement and exposure. So if you want to not get a wrinkle (or wrinkles at all) you need to not have those repetative movements (like squiting in the sunlight, frowning, smiling, etc) nor exposure (not get irradiated by the sun, dried out by adverse weather, and not abuse your body by putting or not putting things into it). One solution to not ever get a wrinle is to imobilize the muscles that move repetively through injections/shots, another is to minimize movements by wearing sunglasses and an emotionless expression. It is impossible to eliminate exposure, but to minimize exposure, wear sun-protective clothing and gels/lotions/salves, stay in the shade, drink LOTS of water, don't smoke, don't drink, and injest healthy foods.

Also important (not only in limiting wrinkles, but in all signs of ';aging';) take care of your body by cleaning/washing regularly %26amp; watching for weird things (and seeing a DR when something weird happens) a dirt and grime will only make wrinkles worse.
I saw on our morning news about two weeks ago where a doctor was actually talking about using the mashed bananas! He said that it really does work, and that he uses it himself of his neck! I didn't see any wrinkles on him! Just thought you'd like to hear this! Post your results, because I thought it sounded kind of strange, and I'd like to know if it works from someone who actually uses it!
