We should only eat healthy foods. We should always go out for nutritious food. We should eat vegetables more to maintain ourselves more properly. We should intake iron and proteins in a huge quantity. We should also develop a habit of eating fruits in a very massive quantity.





Whereas, on the other hand, we should avoid all oily foods. We should also avoid all those foods which contains fats in it. We should not go for unhealthy and unhygienic food.

7- Keep your weight constant. Weight fluctuations of more than 15 pounds will cause your skin to lose its elasticity and will result in wrinkles.
