Why do guys get more wrinkles than girls?

Guys in their 20's and 30's have a bunch of wrinkles and when they get older they Have a lot of deep wrinkles, where as when girls get older they have fine wrinkles and not as much. Why is thisWhy do guys get more wrinkles than girls?
Could be lots of reasons. Women usually take much better care of their skin for one thing...actually that's probably the main reason. Why do guys get more wrinkles than girls?
Jay's right.
because there are sooo many skin care products for women and very few for men.. I actually asked a question about skin care for men just the other day: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>
i thought more girls do?
i dont agree
because girls take better care of their skin than guys!
Higher metabolism?
I myself don't think it is a male or female thing, I believe it is genetic. Something that is handed down.
B'coz , Most Guys In This World Are Thinking How To Get Up In Life, They Roam For Better Life By Little Thinking,Little Emotion,Little Unhappy,Little Sad,(B/w age 20-30) , So They Get wrinkles.
For year guys/men do not have a good skin care program for them that is designed specifically for a man. Most products you see and have heard of are designed for women.

As time has progressed, especially in the last few years, skin care has become more available even for men. I think that is an awesome thing. Then again, there are some men who really don't care and that's okay too.

For example, Mary Kay cosmetics has a line for men but not everyone knows that. Mary Kay is also introducing a new line specifically for their skin care needs.

It's all about what's out there and knowing about it.
How many guys do you know that use lotions or oils? Seems they most think its for girls..and it also so unfare that for women its a sign of age as is grey hair, but for men its distinguished.
because guys don't know how to take care of their skin. they see a difference between body soap and facial soap. they don't understand the concept of moisturizers. most don't even know what it means to exfoliate. and when you mention the word ';facial'; they'll just smirk at the word like beavis and butthead.

saying there's no skincare products geared towards men is just bs. products from nivea, neutrogena, cetaphil, earth science, etc, are fragrance-free and gender neutral, but guys don't use it because unless it's labeled ';for men'; they assume it's for women only.

but alas, this is how our society works. we judge women based on the youthfulness of her looks and we judge men based on his occupational status and the size of his wallet.
Girls tend to moisturise their skin more, I think this helps combat wrinkles.
i think because most of the men work out in the Sun a lot and i think they might even stress out more then women do
Facial cleansers and moisturizers are marketed for females. When women wear makeup it protects their skin from the elements (wind, sun, etc). Of course, they still have to cleanse their skin properly. Society and marketing encourages women to keep the ';youthful, young-woman'; look.

Men can cleanse and moisturize their face but I wonder how many do. And men shave their face.
where are you getting this statistic from?? are you simply saying what you THINK you know? or is this fact that men get more wrinkles than women?

i don't think men get more wrinkles than women. wrinkles are a part of aging:

# Skin ages all over the body, but much more so where there has been sun exposure. Changes brought on by sun damage (photoaging) include ';dryness'; (really roughness), sagginess, skin growths like keratoses (';liver spots';), and wrinkles.

# Wrinkles in turn can be divided into two categories; fine surface lines and deep furrows. Wrinkle treatments are in general much more effective for fine lines. Deeper creases may require more aggressive techniques, such as plastic surgery.

# Factors that promote wrinkling include smoking; skin type (people with light-colored skin and blue eyes are more susceptible to sun damage); heredity (some families wrinkle more); hairstyle (depending on how much skin is covered by hair and protected from the sun); dress (again, by determining which skin is exposed); and occupational and recreational sun exposure over the course of many years.
some have more stress in life....

the male models, get stress but not the type of stress real natural men get!
'cuz men r'nt girlz
good question, maybe because of conditions such as working outside and exposure to the sun, or the dirty environment of some blue collar jobs.
