Anew by Avon works great. My mom's friend is a woman that does construction work and is exposed to the sun daily. After only a couple of days of using Anew, all of the guys at work began to comment on how much she was glowing. Her wrinkles were going away and her skin has a healthy glow.
There are lots of eye cream out there but Vaseline work just as well. Just put some on your eyelids and under your eyes at night and you'll reduce the appearance if the lines. I've been doing it since I was 15.
I just became a Mary Kay consultant for just that reason! I wanted to avoid wrinkles...and my eyes get kind of puffy in the morning, so I wanted help with that as well. :) and I wanted 50% off of whatever I needed!

Find yourself a consultant that lives near you and ask her for samples of the microdermabrasion set and the age-fighting eye firming cream. If you like the product and you notice a change go ahead and get it. I think that it is important to try it out first before you start spending a money on something.

Luckily, your only 20, so it's not too late!

I am 33, and you are really never going to see permanent results without going to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. The best thing you can do is go to a dermatologist or a Med Spa and get a microdermabrasion or peels. You can get the 0% loan through a lot of them for 12 months if it is costly, using capital one finance. You really REALLY need to get the current issue of 'O' magazine. Mine just came in the mail and there is a whole article on this. They asked a handful or dermatologists what they personally use in their everyday lives, what they would never use or do, what they will never do again, and what they might consider down the road. It is pretty good. All in all they each said that they ALL get Botox injections in their brow areas and that is only twice a year, and that they also will get a good chemical peel for the glow and to re-smooth the skin. My sister used to work for a Plastic surgeon and she did the ';blue peel';. It looked dreadful for a couple days (burned), but I tell you what... come day 5 or so, she had skin of a 8 year old. There is not a pore, not a wrinkle, not a freckle. NADA!!! It is beautiful. The only thing is that it bleaches your skin, so dark complexions cannot do this, and you can never expose your skin to the sun. It changes the pigmentation to that area. So yes that is drastic, but there are several other not so severe peels as well. Get the current issue of O magazine and look for the article. I believe it is November's issue.
at your age fine lines come and go. if they were bags of skin that would be another problem. whatever, be careful about what you put near you eyes, you only have one pair?
