How do I get rid of the wrinkles on my forehead? I may be pushing 30, but how do i stop it for getting worse?

I am pushing 30 also, and let me tell you I am fighting those wrinkles tooth and nail! My forehead has the most pronounced wrinkles. I use a product from Clinique called Advanced Stop Signs, and then another called Turnaround Concentrate. Both go under your moisturizer.


Also, I have a friend who is an esthetician at an LA spa, and she says that the best drug store brand is Olay Regenerist...

Make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day to maintain elasticity, good diet and get exercise. Other than that, you can try creams but they really won't help you too much. Best course of action is go to the doctor who'll refer you to a specialist and maybe they could help you out if you are that concerned. I like to use Easy-On Spray Starch and then press them out with a hot iron. The lemon-flavored starch is the best. Gets those wrinkles right out everytime and your forehead smells so nice and fresh.

Water in take is good, I use microdermabrasion. You can get a personal kit from Noxima from the pharmacy. I have minor lines on my forhead and it helps.
